At Canvas & Quill, we create and sell digital downloads designed to inspire creativity and support learning. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Before You Purchase

Technical Issues

We want you to enjoy your purchase without difficulty. If you experience any of the following:

• your files fail to download,

• your download link expires,

• or your files appear corrupted or incomplete,

please contact us within 7 days of purchase at canvasquill24@gmail.com. We will work with you to restore or resend your digital files promptly.

Support Instead of Refunds

While refunds are not available, we are committed to ensuring you receive the product you paid for in working order. If a technical fault is confirmed on our side, we will provide a replacement download link at no additional cost.

Consumer Rights

This policy is made in line with UK consumer law regarding digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital downloads are exempt from refunds once the download has begun, unless the files are faulty.
