This Delivery and Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from Canvas & Quill Ltd through canvasquill24.com.
1. Delivery of Digital Products
Canvas & Quill products are supplied as digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Digital delivery: Once payment has been successfully processed, access to your purchased digital product will normally be provided electronically, for example through the order confirmation page and/or by email.
Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If you experience difficulty receiving, downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@canvasquill24.com and we will assist you.
2. Cancellations and Refunds for Digital Products
Because our products are digital content supplied electronically, different cancellation rules apply from those that apply to physical goods.
Where you request or agree to receive your digital content immediately, before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
Once the digital content has been supplied following the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.
3. Problems With Your Download
If:
- you do not receive your download;
- the download link does not work;
- a file appears to be corrupted or inaccessible; or
- you believe you have received the wrong digital product,
please contact us at hello@canvasquill24.com.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide assistance, replacement access or another remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@canvasquill24.com. We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.
